Training Nights

Training is conducted very Tuesday and Thursday nights.

- Juniors from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, depending on age group it may only be one of these nights.

- Womens from 5.30pm to 6.30pm

- Senior Men from 5.30pm to 7.15pm
